About the Job
The City of Madison Streets Division seeks qualified candidates for the position of Information Clerk. This position performs routine and responsible administrative support work in processing office records, data, and materials based on the needs of the Streets Division. This position also provides information to the public and responds to complaints and requests for information on services of the Streets Division. Work is characterized by ongoing responsibility for assigned support activities and is performed under the general supervision of the Streets General Supervisor.
This position is scheduled for 38.75 hours per week. Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Employees may be eligible for loan forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
