Information Security Analyst (Junior) - Dynamic Solutions Technology LLC

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Information Security Specialist in supporting the White Sands Missile Range in Alamogordo, New Mexico customer.

Responsibilities:

• Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users requiring SIPRNet, ASCL Token, and Information Assurance documentation.
• Utilizing ticketing system to document request status information as well as assign an applicable priority.
• Log in customer contacts and events.
• Maintaining history records and related documentation.
• Providing first-level technical support using documented procedures and available tools in order to achieve first contact resolution in the applicable areas of expertise.
• Advising and educating customers, within procedural guidelines, to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions in the area of expertise.
• Providing SIPRNet support, including sending and receiving messages through the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS); packaging and distributing classified output; controlling access to the SIPR Café; controlling and maintaining COMSEC keying material under their control; and maintaining appropriate logs and rosters.
• Providing SIPR Token support, including, ordering, issuing, resetting passwords, logging, and receiving tokens. Assuring all appropriate paperwork is completed before issuance of SIPR and ASCL Tokens.
• Providing Information Assurance support to the Cyber Security Management Office in the areas of documentation, new user account creation requests for varying systems, and database maintenance and support. Assure all appropriate paperwork is completed according to procedures and guidelines.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science preferred - relevant and equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement
• 1-2 years' experience in administering Windows desktops and operating systems.
• Microsoft and Security+ certification required.
• Experience in end-user based environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook experience required.
• Good understanding of COTS software/hardware, including Microsoft Office and network products.
• Must possess SECRET clearance for access to classified areas. Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must maintain program security clearance eligibility requirements.
