Duties of this positon include:
- Maintain super user proficiency in end user computer skills. Provide expert assistance to users. Provision user accounts and access for systems such as Windows Active Directory (AD), RSA, MaaS360 and other enterprise security and access management systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Configure and deploy new equipment according to organizational standards and specific user needs.
- Provide orientation training to new employees on office equipment including workstations, business applications, and telephone system for smooth onboarding. Provision telephone extensions, set up voice mail, assign phone soft keys and configure soft phone applications to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
- Oversee the administration and coordination of Matheny issued cell phones, including problem resolution and repairs. Provision, install, configure and troubleshoot Matheny work-related apps on personal cell phones. Troubleshoot workstation connectivity issues and perform basic network administration tasks.
- Update the Matheny telephone directory to ensure contact information is accurate and current. Coordinate with communication service providers to facilitate phone system repairs and ensure seamless communication services. Review system logs regularly for anomalies, identifying potential issues and security threats, and initiating appropriate action.
- Maintain records of software licenses and support contracts, track expiration dates and evidence of compliance as necessary. Prepare purchase requisitions for the Information Systems department to acquire necessary hardware and software in a timely manner. Keep detailed records of purchases and inventory, conduct regular audits to ensure an adequate stock of supplies and equipment is maintained.
- Document and perform instructions for routine information systems maintenance procedures to ensure smooth operation of systems and infrastructure.
- Create, schedule, and maintain content on the intranet portal and electronic signage to keep employees informed about important announcements, updates, and relevant information. Other duties and assignments as required Business Systems Administrator. Job Duties May require occasional nights and or weekends.
- Oversee the administration and coordination of employee Wireless cell phones, encompassing the setup of new devices, facilitating upgrades, and addressing and resolving any cell phone-related issues that may arise.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- College or university degree in computer science and/or 2 years equivalent work.
- Computer proficiency; including use of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, e-mail and a basic understanding of databases.
- Certifications such as CompTIA and Microsoft desktop/server certifications a plus NEC phone system administration experience a plus.
- Prior work experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Apple MacBook iOS MDM(JAMF) a plus.
