About the Job
We are seeking an Innovation Go -To- Market (GTM) Manager with a focus on **Sustainability** to join the America's Azure Product GTM Team. In this role, you will be part of the Innovation & Growth GTM team.
Our mission is to accelerate growth of our Americas Azure business by engaging and targeting **Science** , **Engineering** , **Mathematics** and **Interdisciplinary Fields** (SEMI) decision makers by:
+ _Prioritize and_ _scale_ **_specialized_** **_Azure Product and Solution_** _plays to accelerate revenue and customer wins supporting the Americas Azure solution areas_ ; and
+ _Incubate_ **_future Azure Product & Solution Innovation_** _and_ **_Emerging Technologies_** _to create future revenue streams, expand TAM and establish market leadership._
In this role, you will **create the Americas GTM strategy and plan for sustainability** as an Azure Future Growth sales play and **lead the enablement and business programs** that help land the Microsoft Sustainability sales strategy in the Americas.
Sitting in the Innovation & Growth GTM team, you will be a key business partner to the Americas C _entral Marketing Org_ (CMO) Organization, the Americas Industry Marketing organization and the Americas Azure Data and AI GTM Team. In addition, you will partner with the WW _cross solution area(_ XSA) Sustainability GTM, field enablement organization and the Americas Sustainability Global Black Belt (GBB) team. Across these teams, you will serve as the visible Sustainability advocate for the Microsoft field in the Americas.
You will act as a bridge between the XSA Sustainability GTM Team and field teams, delivering voice-of-the-field and voice-of-the-customer insights back to the GTM, while also translating strategy into Americas landing programs and working with our GBB and key field partners to drive the execution.
As part of your role, you will also deliver insights on progress of the business and deep insights into revenue, field and customer signals, working with the Business Insights team. While your primary responsibilities are internally facing, you are also expected to represent Microsoft's Sustainability opportunity with customers as a subject matter expert.
Although the focus of this role is Sustainability, we are looking for an Innovation GTMM with **high agility and flexibility to adapt to changing execution conditions, product/solution directions and field signals.**

**Responsibilities**
**GTM Leadership**
+ Define and scale our Azure Sustainability GTM for the Americas market
+ Collaborate, enable, and orchestrate across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and GPS
+ Identify new market trends, competitor moves, avenues for growth and best practice sharing
+ Plan and execute Field and Partner sales readiness in partnership with GPS
+ Identify lighthouse win candidates & secure/develop customer evidence.
+ Represent and be an advocate for the Americas Azure Sustainability business to the WW team in ROB and beyond
+ Share customer insights around product functionality, usefulness of marketing investments and partner capabilities
**Cross-Functional Joint Planning**
+ Manage and cultivate relationships to effectively collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Field Sales) for holistic field readiness planning.
+ Build relationships with senior leadership executives (e.g., Directors, General Manager [GM] level, CVP).
+ Advise Azure senior leadership as a domain expert to inform planning decisions.
**Community Leadership**
+ Create and lead an Americas sustainability field community to nurture seller success.
+ Leverage listening systems and signals, business reviews, and other insight channels to discover gaps and needs for seller skilling and programs.
+ Synthesize findings into insights, leveraging executive presence to influence decisions and proactively drive solutions and seller success.
**Sales Insights, Readiness, and Activation**
+ Collaborate with business, platform, and tools experts to provide updates and report key metrics needed to assist sales and partner teams to drive the sales business forward.
+ Provide insights into the Sales market, acting as a business conduit to broader internal and external stakeholders and adjusting plans when required to exceed business outcomes.
+ Consider measurement practices beyond net satisfaction scores and training attendance to know how enablement and readiness programs move the business.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**

+ Ability to work in highly ambiguous circumstances across a diverse set of stakeholders, with the ability to seek and drive for clarity.
+ Highly adaptable and comfortable working in areas that are not fully defined yet and early stages of product development.
+ Experience working in the field
+ Demonstrated passion for product and technology innovation
+ Knowledge in Sustainability and ESG programs and governance.
+ Knowledge in Microsoft Fabric or data solutions.
+ Knowledge of AI technologies in business transformation.
+ Experience using a data-driven approach to develop content, strategies, approaches.
+ Proven success in bringing new ideas to fruition, supported by an ability to think outside of the box.?
+ Presentation and communication skills, including executive presence.
This role will be based in the Americas, with approximately 10-25% travel expected.
Field Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
