Redd's Ace Hardware your local hardware store deeply rooted in community values is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside B2B Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, including contractors, property managers, and commercial enterprises, offering them customized product solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our business-to-business sales, providing a best-in-class experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential business clients within targeted industries such as construction, property management, and other commercial sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services.
- Consultative Selling: Provide tailored product solutions based on the unique needs of each client, with a focus on high-value sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Redd's Ace Hardware's product offerings and effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to business clients.
- Order Management: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requests.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Outside Business-to-Business Sales Manager, store teams, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery.
- Reporting: Track sales metrics, customer interactions, and provide regular updates to management on business development efforts and goals. Engage with business customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a Monday to Friday 8-hour shift
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Ace Hardware products is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
