Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join their team. What You'll Do:
As an integral part of the team, you'll manage customer accounts from start to finish. You'll handle orders and inquiries coming through various channels, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and accurately. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will help identify opportunities to upsell, while your excellent communication will strengthen client relationships and build trust. Flexibility is key—you'll thrive in a role where you can assist across multiple functions to drive success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders, quote requests, and inquiries for a variety of accounts.
• Engage with customers, providing outstanding service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Contribute to the sales process by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with storefront operations as needed, including greeting and helping customers, and answering phones in an all-hands-on-deck culture.
• Be willing and able to assist with warehouse tasks, such as picking items using a forklift when needed. Forklift experience is highly desired. No forklift experience? No worries, the client can provide training and certification!
• Help with inventory counts to ensure accuracy and stock levels.

• Proven track record of working effectively with customers.
• Experience using sales or inventory order systems.
• Previous exposure to industrial distribution or construction supply is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
