A Day in the Life

Working in a supportive group environment, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial research for ongoing assignments
• Identifying, connecting with, and recruiting prospective candidates for specific searches
• Conducting in-person interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications for certain clients
• Meeting with clients, and prospective clients, to gather requirements for new searches and to discuss progress on existing assignments

Required experience:

• An interest in a unique sales career
• A Bachelor’s degree
• An entrepreneurial spirit
• A strong work ethic
• A genuine interest in people
