Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to support our Aftermarket Services team, helping to drive revenue and build long-term customer relationships. This role has a base + commission compensation plan. Details to be shared during interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by understanding and interpreting customer needs, providing technical information, and developing new accounts.
- Close new accounts by working lead portals, telephones, e-mail inquiries, as well as verifying and entering customer information.
- Ask needs defining questions and recommend products to suit and explaining technical features and benefits.
- Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Professional development through new product studies and participating in educational opportunities.
- Achieve department and organization goals
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales development and customer satisfaction.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- College degree in marketing, promotions, advertising or sales (preferred)
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen prior to hire
Preferred Work Experience:
- 2 years of call center sales experience
- Previous experience in Construction Industry (security, AV, high voltage, low voltage)
