Pay
- $18.00 - $19.00/ hour
- $30,000+ in average annual commissions and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate and close sales leads through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers. You will primarily work from an office, utilizing various sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets. Your role involves engaging with customers via phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels to understand their needs, present product/service offerings, and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate sales leads through research, cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their requirements, explain product features, benefits, and value propositions, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars to educate potential customers about the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Update customer information, sales activities, and sales forecasts regularly.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to close sales deals. Overcome objections and handle pricing negotiations in a professional manner to secure customer commitment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging, alignment of strategies, and efficient sales processes.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for sales management. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages.
Secondary job duties:
- Assist in taking all incoming customer calls and recognizing that this is where the customer will form their first impression of the company.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate the customer where applicable.
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence when it comes to caring for customers and team members.
- Responsible for outbound calling to ensure all customers are contacted promptly.
- Responsible for following up daily with any customers in the waiting/sales queue to confirm the next steps and if there is anything additional they need before moving forward.
- Assist in other office and clerical duties as needed.
- Maintain an organized workspace.

- 1-2+ years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Good organizational and time management skills

- Industry knowledge and understanding of the products/services being sold
