Inside Salesperson (Retail Division)
We are hiring an Inside Salesperson to be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries from homeowners interested in new window coverings, including blinds, roller shades, plantation shutters, and motorized systems. This role involves managing the entire sales process from initial contact to final sale, providing expert product recommendations, preparing quotes, and ensuring a smooth and personalized customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in window covering retail sales, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to convert leads into satisfied customers.
H2H Blinds is a leading provider of commercial window covering solutions, specializing in the installation of window blinds, roller shades, and motorized shading systems for multifamily buildings, including high-rise projects. We partner with general contractors and developers to deliver customized, high-performance window covering solutions that enhance the aesthetic and functional value of their projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inbound inquiries: Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from homeowners interested in purchasing new window coverings.
- Consult with customers: Understand each customer’s unique needs and preferences to recommend the most appropriate window covering solutions, including blinds, roller shades, and shutters.
- Provide product expertise: Explain the benefits of different materials, styles, and motorization options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations: Accurately prepare quotes based on customer specifications, ensuring clarity on pricing, product details, and installation requirements.
- Close sales: Follow up with prospective customers to close sales, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to installation.
- Schedule consultations: Coordinate with customers to schedule in-home measurements and installation appointments.
- Maintain records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in Salesforce CRM software.
- Stay updated on product offerings: Maintain knowledge of the latest trends, products, and technologies in the window covering industry to offer up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborate with the installation team: Ensure accurate transfer of all job information to the installation team and maintain regular communication to facilitate successful installations.
- Assist in the development and facilitation of marketing strategies to grow sales by 10% minimum year over year.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Sales experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales in the window covering industry.
- Product knowledge: Familiarity with window covering products such as blinds, roller shades, plantation shutters, and motorized systems.
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce CRM software to track sales and follow up on leads.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain product features, pricing, and installation procedures to customers.
- Organized and detail-oriented: Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow through on sales while ensuring attention to detail.
