Job Title: InspectorLocation: Clearwater, FLZip Code: 34677Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00/hr DoE Keywords: #QualityEngineer #InspectorJobs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements. * Will incorporate instructions, drawings or inspection instructions and checklists, various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, etc) to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications including IPC and related reference documents and standards.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Must be a US Citizen* Must have IPC-610 and J-STD experience* Must be able to work under a microscope* Must have prior experience inspecting solder connections and/or in assembly build experience on circuit card assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.* Minimum 2 year solder/visual Inspection experience, or in lieu of quality inspection 3 years manufacturing/soldering experience of Electronic Assemblies.* Minimum 1 year conformal coating experience* Detailed and process oriented, proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.* Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills* Proficient with Personal Computers.* Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with all levels of manufacturing when addressing quality defects.Benefits: * Medical / Health Benefits with multiple plan options, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental and Vision / glasses / prescription contact lens and eye test options available. * On the job training / cross-training to develop and expand skills, creating opportunity for advancement and personal development.
