What we're looking for in a Install Helper

To thrive as an Installation Technician at Valley View Granite, you'll need a blend of physical stamina and a collaborative spirit! You'll be lifting and carrying over 50 lbs throughout the day, so your ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions will keep the energy flowing. A valid driver's license and insurability on company vehicle insurance are crucial as you navigate your way to exciting installations.

Being a team player is a must-you'll work closely with fellow craftsmen, adhering to established policies while collaborating effectively. We value self-motivation, teachability, accountability, and reliability, so if you possess these qualities, you're on the right track! While previous experience in countertop and shower surround installation is a bonus, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly matter.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs throughout the day and be able to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
• Driver's License: Must be able to drive and be insurable on company vehicle insurance
