Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $24 per hour
- Bonus pay and supplemental pay
- Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k) matching
- Full-time position
- Year-round work availability
- Potential annual earnings of $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 with overtime and bonuses

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Mandatory:
- A humble spirit, a hungry drive, and people-smart attitude
- A minimum of 5-7 years experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience effectively managing a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Capability to lift 80lbs or more and unrestricted lifting ability
- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
Preferred:
- Prior residential construction experience a plus
- Willingness to work overtime, if required
