Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and designers on electrical and instrumentation projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications
- Produce estimates, designs, material take-offs, and construction specifications
- Review and approve electrical documents and vendor drawings
- Conduct team training and continuous development
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with NEC code, AutoCAD, Microstation, PLC, HMI, and DCS
- Advanced skills in lighting, wiring, conduit, voltage drop, and power system calculations
- Ability to develop equipment specifications, control systems, and electrical installations
- Strong communication, team leadership, and virtual collaboration skills.
