Responsibilities
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
● Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
● Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
● Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
● Deliver product presentations to customers
● Attend Training on-site with a licensed agent professional
● Customizing programs to suit individual clients and drive sales
● Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
● Proven work experience as a sales representative
● Excellent knowledge of MS Office
● Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
● Highly motivated and targeted in with a proven track record in sales
● Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
● Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
● Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
