We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring clients receive top-tier service. You will educate customers on insurance options, assist with their inquiries, and help them navigate their policies. This position offers a base salary between $42,000 and $52,000 annually, plus commission and bonus opportunities, with the potential for career progression and leadership roles.

- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed
- Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each day
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
