Responsibilities
Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing assistance and solutions to their insurance-related questions.
Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and ensure accurate documentation for client records.
Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with clients, providing support and guidance through challenging situations.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a hybrid remote setting and adjust to changing priorities as needed.

Must be willing to get licensed within 90 days. This position has the opportunity to turn into a full time position.
