Insurance Customer Service Representative - Renee Davidson - State Farm Agency

Renee Davidson - State Farm Agency, located in Tracy, CA is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a low-pressure position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• California Property Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
