Insurance Defense Attorney from Elgen Staffing

Our client, a prominent law firm with practices across Philadelphia and New Jersey, has an immediate need for an experienced Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense, to join our winning team in Philadelphia.

Our candidate of choice will bring a minimum of two years working on insurance defense cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFCATIONS:

• Proficiency in handling cases from inception to trial and appeal.
• Appear regularly in Court to participate in conferences and oral argument.
• Depositions and motion practice
• Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Have graduated law school and have sat for the bar. Pending admission is acceptable.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. New Jersey is a bonus.
• 1-3 years of experience in Litigation.
• Must be detail and deadline oriented.
• Ability to work independently and immediately engage in client contact and assume relevant responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills. A writing sample will be requested prior to any interview.
• Comfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including senior management and all colleagues at other departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
