Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized guidance.
Insurance Analysis: Assess client needs, analyze coverage options, and recommend insurance solutions that best fit their requirements.
Sales Generation: Proactively seek opportunities to promote and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in accordance with agency guidelines.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain the necessary state insurance licenses.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and driven to achieve goals.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
