This is a commission-only position where you’ll have the flexibility to work from home while building meaningful relationships with clients. Whether you're looking to start your career or make a change, no experience is required, and we provide full training to the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with company-provided leads (no cold calling)
• Provide exceptional service by helping clients choose the best insurance solutions
• Learn and maintain industry knowledge to guide clients through their options
• Obtain a Life Insurance License (if not already licensed; training is provided)
• Collaborate with a team to improve strategies and meet sales goals

Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
• No experience required; we will train the right person
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to succeed in a commission-based environment
