Insurance Sales Agent - Primary Location

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients protect their assets and loved ones through our wide array of insurance options. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service.

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Identify and Prospect New Clients: Actively seek out and approach potential customers through provided leads.
• Sell Insurance Products: Educate clients on various insurance policies, including auto, home, life, health, and business insurance, and recommend products that meet their specific needs.
• Conduct Needs Analysis: Assess clients' coverage needs and financial situations to determine the most appropriate insurance products for their individual or business needs.
• Prepare and Present Insurance Quotes: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients and explain the policy details, coverage limits, and pricing in a clear manner.
• Manage Policy Renewals: Assist existing clients with policy renewals, review current coverage, and suggest updates or changes based on their evolving needs.
• Handle Customer Service and Claims Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist clients in filing insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
