The Insurance Sales Manager program is designed for entrepreneurs who want a clear path career growth avenue with Farmers Insurance. This is a development program where you will work under an established, top-producing mentor agent and have access to training and resources to ensure your future success at Farmers Insurance. You'll learn valuable tools that teach you how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans. You will also have direct access to all of the training specialists in our district. From the very beginning, you will earn as you learn even if you don't have any previous insurance sales experience. If you have a willingness to learn, motivation to succeed, and an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you today! This program does not require financial assets and provides a base + commission structure.

A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent:

• Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle
• Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year
