Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients and existing policyholders to assess their insurance needs.
Policy Analysis: Evaluate client portfolios to recommend the best insurance policies, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed designated sales quotas by developing effective sales strategies.
Cross-Selling: Identify and act upon opportunities to sell additional insurance lines that complement existing coverage.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with clients to support retention and referrals.
Compliance: Ensure all insurance operations adhere to state regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold or be willing to acquire a Tennessee Property & Casualty insurance license.
Sales Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in insurance or a related field.
Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focused: Keen ability to understand client needs and provide exceptional service.
Motivated: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work proactively.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and familiar with standard CRM systems.
Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals.
