Salary Range: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Understand client needs to recommend suitable insurance products and policies.Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to educate clients on available insurance options.Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.Closing Deals: Seal the deal by effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance solutions.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License required or willing to get one (we help!)Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in high-income sales rolesNegotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectivelyMotivated: Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer serviceCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearlyResilient: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and overcome challengesTeam Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with a diverse team to achieve common goals
