Position Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Defy Insurance, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying and qualifying leads. You will actively seek out potential clients, engage them through multiple communication channels, and introduce our insurance solutions. Your primary goal will be to assess each prospects needs and determine if they are a good match for our offerings, paving the way for a smooth handoff to our sales team.
Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth research to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other platforms to initiate conversations.
- Confirm lead details provided by the Lead Generation Specialist.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of Defy Insurances services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their insurance needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Keep detailed and organized records of all prospect interactions and progress.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacious and persistent attitude when reaching out to prospects.
- Adaptability and a quick-learning mindset, able to grasp new information swiftly.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or the insurance industry is a plus.
