Manor Insurance Agency Inc in Downey, California, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Personal - Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support on both Personal & Commercial accounts to help them protect their assets. You will help them ensure they have the coverage they need.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Take premium payments from customers.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Handle customer renewals.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Knowledge of Mercury, Safeco, Liberty, Hartford, and AMS 360 Systems are a plus

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
