Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Engage in quoting incoming internet leads
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information to clients.
Policy Creation: Design and propose insurance plans that align with clients' specific needs and financial goals.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' coverage by offering additional insurance products that complement their policies.
Relationship Building: Foster strong and enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Stacy Trivitt Allstate Agency.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and changes to provide informed advice and offer innovative solutions.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or obtain a valid Property and Casualty insurance license in Nevada.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients.
