Job Description
We are looking for an Ambitious self-starter who can collaborate with their team, while still working independently to hit targets. The Insurance Sales Representative role involves promptly following up on warm leads, referrals, and other lead sources to solicit new business. This opportunity presents an exceptional chance for experienced insurance representatives looking to tap into their sales potential. You must have a Property and Casualty License and demonstrated sales success (insurance, mortgage, real estate, car sales, or phone (AT&T, Verizon)). With commission, bonuses, performance, and experience, you may make $82,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Use excellent rapport skills to establish trust and provide honest and empathetic interactions.
- Follow-up sales opportunities from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Actively listen to and address the clients objections and concerns.
- Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- Develop insurance quotes and Close sales.
- Create effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED.
- South Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance License is a BONUS. South Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance License is not needed to apply.
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in sales REQUIRED. (mortgage lenders, real estate, car sales, AT&T, Verizon)
- Proficient in Agency Management Systems (AMS)
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Show professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Able to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
