Your base salary will start at $35,000 -$40,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around total package of $70,000 - $90,000 with unlimited commission potential.

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their insurance requirements, and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Calls: Effectively handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and offer insurance solutions.
Policy Recommendations: Design and propose insurance plans tailored to individual customer needs.
Cross-selling Opportunities: Identify chances to upsell and enhance customer insurance portfolios.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Training: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to offer informed advice and recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-Centric: Dedication to meeting client needs and providing exceptional service.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining productivity.
