Allstate Insurance Agency in Miami is seeking passionate, self-driven, and positive individual, to sell and market, our insurance products.
We are expanding and have an opening for a top performing sales representative to join our award winning team at Bravo Insurance Group, Inc., an Allstate Insurance Agency. We are excited with the opportunity to maintain our momentum and continue to gain market share.
Our insurance brand is clearly an industry leader in the marketplace and our Agency currently serves over 12,000 policies at our Miami and Orlando locations.
As a full-time agent you would help individuals select the right insurance coverage for their home and condominium insurance needs. The majority of activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients.
Experience in the insurance industry is not required to be considered for this job.

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- After 90 day Training period.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking breakfast, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- English and Spanish Preferred but not required.
- Average or better computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and various window applications.
- Licensed preferred, but not necessary as we will to train to achieve license.
