Sandra Cavoto Farmers Insurance Agency is a forward-thinking insurance agency that embraces technology to enhance customer experience and streamline our services. We have partnered with Farmers Insurance to launch a new online quoting system via Facebook, called Agency Zoom. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and help us drive the success of this innovative program.

Salary Range: $41600.00 - $75000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our insurance products through the Agency Zoom platform on Facebook. You will engage with potential clients, provide quotes for auto and home insurance, and assist customers throughout the sales process. This position is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.

Strong understanding of auto and home insurance products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Valid Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred.
