Environment: You will be joining a small office in Downtown Vancouver that provides a positive and encouraging workspace. We aren't a cubical farm. You will be a part of a small team that will coach you and provide support. We're not some corporate, boring office. You will be a part of an exciting and dynamic team of professionals.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Policy Sales: Present insurance options to clients, address inquiries, and facilitate policy purchases.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, address policy changes, and assist with claims processes.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demographics to tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction with our services.
Marketing: NO COLD CALLS.
Requirements
Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in insurance or a related field, is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and building long-lasting relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude.
