The advisor will leverage their expertise to educate clients, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless insurance buying experience.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $550000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs, risk tolerance, and financial goals.
Analyze clients' current insurance coverage, identify gaps or deficiencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Insurance Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Stay informed about a wide range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, property and casualty insurance, and retirement planning solutions.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the features, benefits, and suitability of different insurance options.
Solution Design and Customization:
Design customized insurance plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and insurance carriers to develop innovative solutions and address complex client requirements.
Client Education and Communication:
Educate clients about insurance concepts, policy terms, coverage options, and regulatory requirements in clear and understandable language.
Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates, reminders, and recommendations related to their insurance coverage.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to acquire new clients and expand market share.
Relationship Management and Client Retention:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and service throughout the client lifecycle.
Monitor client satisfaction, address inquiries, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance value and retain clients.
Requirements
- Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
