Insurance Telemarketer - Tohme Insurance Agency Inc Farmers Insurance

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated candidate for a telemarketing position to help grow the agencys production and increase revenue. Position requires in-house training in telemarketing skills and lead management, which will be provided by the agency.

This position is part-time and in person. Candidates must have access to reliable transportation.

Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Conducting cold calls
• Lead Management
• Schedule appointments
• Meet monthly quota

• Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Superb telephone etiquette.
• Must be a people person with a friendly voice that sounds clear, friendly and confident to assist in outbound marketing calls and lead management.
• Must be outgoing, organized, and able to multitask and work INDEPENDENTLY.
