Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their insurance needs.
Market Research: Stay updated on insurance market trends to provide clients with the best options.
Quote Generation: Prepare and present insurance quotes that are tailored to each client's requirements.
Policy Review: Evaluate clients' current policies to recommend improvements or necessary changes.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales objectives and targets set by the company.
Requirements
Licensing: Nebraska Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is highly beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate client needs effectively.
Sales Acumen: Strong aptitude for identifying and closing sales opportunities.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail for accurately handling insurance policies and client information.
