Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized advice.
Policy Customization: Design insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance coverage by suggesting additional products.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
Requirements
Licensing: Active WA Property & Casualty License preferred, but not required. Will need to obtain license before starting position. We will pay for pre-licensing and licensing expenses.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-Centric: Committed to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
