As an Integration Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our architects and technical leads to serve as a subject matter expert on iPaaS platforms such as Boomi or SnapLogic. Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing efficient data integration solutions that meet our business needs. You will work independently on simpler integrations and collaborate with teams on more complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform development of APIs and Batch Jobs to do large scale integrations focusing on applications such as Salesforce, Workday, Marketing cloud and other enterprise systems using Boomi or SnapLogic.
- Design the high level and low-level implementation details, code the integrations as per the design, and fix production issues
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with cloud based integration platforms in order to provide short and long term solutions
- Write well designed and well tested code with focus on scalability, reliability, and high availability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of strong development experience with focus on building APIs, Web Services, and Batch Jobs
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Solid foundational knowledge in SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, SnapLogic.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of API and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation processes.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $91,100 -- $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
