REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, as well experience handling all aspects of patent litigation. A degree or background in engineering or the sciences and actual patent litigation trial experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have a JD, strong research, verbal and written communication skills.
