Intensive Support Professional - First Resources Corp

First Resources Corp. Intensive Residential Services in Burlington, IA and is hiring multiple shifts.

This service will be provided in a home setting staffed at least two employees each shift serving up to five individuals at a time. Intensive Residential Services are designed to assist individuals on transitioning to a lower level of service through working on their service plans goals. Goals are person-centered and vary but may include behavioral modification, crisis planning, safety planning, medication education, financial education, ADL support, and scheduling and attending appointments.

Group orientation and training will be provided the first two weeks upon hire Monday - Friday in Burlington, IA.

First Resources Corp. provides company vehicles to use while working your shifts!

Shift:

• 5:30am - 3:00pm, 4x per week, every other weekend
• 1:30pm- 11:pm, 4x per week, every other weekend
• 9:30pm- 7:00am, 4x per week, every other weekend

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree, or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience working in behavioral health.
• Experience working as a Direct Support Professional preferred.
• Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position!
• Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, show proof of auto insurance and reliable personal transportation.
• Must have access to a telephone.
