Interim Director of Nursing - RegalCare at Courtyard Medford

The Courtyard at Medford s seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction. This is an interim Director of Nursing position. The intrim must maintain an onsite pressence, with high resident and family visibility. 

The center is 222 beds with an allocated space for in-house dialysis.

 

- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care

- Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth and development

 

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state of Massachusetts

- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
