Interim International Tax Contractor - Unity Search Group

As an International Tax Contractor, you will assist the International Tax Director by preparing and reviewing various tax compliance tasks, including 5471s and US International Tax calculations (GILTI, BEAT, 1). You will review quarterly and annual foreign tax provisions, conduct technical analyses on intercompany transactions, business combinations, valuation allowances, and debt instruments, and manage special projects like foreign tax basis calculations and the review of foreign tax credit credibility. Ideal candidates will have extensive international tax experience, strong knowledge of ASC 740, and proven project management skills in a potentially remote and preferred hybrid work environment.
