Interim Plant Controller - TALENT SHIFT LLC

We are looking for an experienced Controller to serve at our publicly traded global manufacturing client on a project basis. This role is onsite in Detroit, Michigan.

This Plant Controller position is a key team member at this growing facility.  This role will work closely with the plant management team.

• Oversee month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site
• Prepare forecasts of income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows for the Plant
• Review all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Share results with North America leadership team
• Work across the orgranization and with multiple levels of the company to achieve Controllership objectives
• Assist with the G/L implementation of SAP

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Controllership experience at an operation at least $120M in annual revenue
• SAP implementation experience
• 7+ years of relevant manufacturing/commercial products industry experience  
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
