Our Vaco team is partnering with a local, Nashville based healthcare client on hiring multiple remote interim Senior Accountants to support them through Q1 2025.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is required
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with multiple years of full-cycle accounting
- Must have demonstrated experience with a large ERP (Oracle, SAP, Great Plains, etc.)
- Experience in a high transactional environment with a large enterprise organization is preferred (MUST have demonstrated experience with various prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, etc.)
As a Senior Accountant your typical day may involve:
- Performing assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes
- Assisting in the development of financial statements and reports
- Reviewing and explaining variances to budget/forecast and to previous reporting periods on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
- Working closely with other functional areas and business management to resolve issues and support achievement of business goals
