About the Job
Overview
1. Preferred Vendor (PV)/Vendor Management | 10%
· Review and process PV emails in GSF Legal inbox
· Accountable for logging PVs into FileMaker Pro for tracking
· Manage and upload PV documents into Evisort
· Partner with CorpAP to secure Vendor compliance and ensure timely and appropriate feedback to the Field.
· Capture documentation of key PV procedures, and assist in the development of a PV Program Manual as a resource guide
· Identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement of the PV Program
· Overall management of the GSF Preferred Vendor Program
2. Legal Documentation (discovery, settlements, etc.)/CounselLink | 80%
· Evaluate and upload legal documents (discovery, settlements, emails, invoices, etc.) into CounselLink (online Matter Management) platform
· Assess and implement industry best practices, as feasible.
· Help establish procedures and policies that organize Matters to efficiently optimize resources.
3. Additional Responsibilities | Varied
