Position Overview: Our goal is to create a program that is an excellent learning experience for anyone interested in accounting, finance, I.T., safety or general management in the agronomy, energy, precision agriculture and/or sales industry between the months of May and August. The internship will be tailored to the interests of the intern and experience level to maximize the learning experience. It will be an opportunity to earn money while having more than just an average summer internship. This program will also allow Keystone Cooperative to evaluate potential employees and develop a talent pool in which to hire from in an increasingly competitive job market. Your experience as an intern will cater to your interests and strengths. The internships we have to offer will be hands-on, real world working experience.

Focuses and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Data Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key business metrics and trends.
- Data Storytelling: Use Power BI to create compelling data stories that effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc data analysis projects as needed, such as investigating specific business questions or testing hypotheses.
- Technical Skills: Utilize SQL, Python, R and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Attention to Detail: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data audits and quality checks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in a related field
- Overall GPA 3.0 or better
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team
