Are you looking for a Seasonal Opportunity at Aqua? We are currently hiring for a full time SAP Invoicing Seasonal / Intern Clerk available from May through August.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
You will assist with administering our SAP and invoicing requirements and day to day associated administrative tasks. .
In addition you will assist in processing invoices in SAP to ensure the prompt payment of suppliers.
Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned.
Pay Rate $15.00/hr.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Familiarity with computers and work systems such as Microsoft office suite
SAP and intermediate Excel experience preferable
Excellent administrative, written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally) with customers and internal staff.
Accounts Payable experience or an interest in this field would be desired.
Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedules
A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment

Working conditions may include travel to work sites of Essential Utilities and/or other constituents.
