What you will be doing:
As a Consulting Intern at Sequoia Biotech Consulting, you will work closely with the Sr. Director of Delivery Management to assist in the successful execution of client engagements. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creation of project delivery processes, system enhancements, and the day-to-day operations of a consulting firm.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in consulting, project management, and delivery oversight to gain real-world experience and contribute to impactful projects.

- Documentation & Process Management: Support the creation and optimization of delivery processes and workflows.
- Project Support: Help track project progress and maintain key documentation to ensure efficient delivery.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting project data. Help create reports and presentations for stakeholders that provide insights into project performance.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct industry-specific research to support strategic decision-making. Help identify best practices and innovative solutions to enhance delivery management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams, such as Operations, Client Management, and Technical Support, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Who you are:
- Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor's program in Business, Management, or STEM related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest Areas: Passion for project management, consulting, or delivery oversight within the healthcare or life sciences industries.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and approach challenges with creativity and an analytical mindset.
