About The Role:
This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate seeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the healthcare consulting business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.
The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your healthcare consulting career. The program provides you with an outstanding perspective on our coordinated service lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.
What You’ll Do:
+ Conduct evidence-based and industry-specific research
+ Acquire project management skills using tools within Smartsheet for effective communication and project tracking
+ Assist in developing and preparing presentation materials
+ Contribute to projects in support of business development
+ Collaborate with our external client to provide a more in-depth analysis and assessment of opportunities related to the optimization of their hospital facilities, including their emergency department
+ learn executive-level communication and documentation to ensure alignment among all staff and leadership
+ Provide support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financial analysis
Location: The internship will be remote

What You’ll Need:
+ This internship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel in the healthcare consulting industry.
+ Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student
+ Desire to work in the healthcare consulting industry
+ Experience with MS Office with preferred experience in Salesforce and Tableau
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Ability to network and develop positive relationships
+ Diligent and highly organized
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ This engagement will be entirely virtual/remote

Washington D.C. Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The salary for the Intern position is $15.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
