Required Skills:

Internal Audit Manager – Technology Infrastructure Responsibilities:

1. Manage end to end audit lifecycle and deliverables for timely and effective completion.

2. Oversee the completion of audit reports, ensuring they are drafted and reviewed in a timely manner. Provide actionable recommendations for improving controls based on findings from the audit reports.

3. Manage communication with executive management, including presenting audit findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

4. Participate in continuous risk assessments to update the audit strategy accordingly.

5. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with new and existing regulatory standards as products evolve.

6. Review and assess the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls within complex, proprietary technology systems.

7. Oversee and direct co-sourcing partners to ensure timely and effective completion of audit engagements.

8. Provide regular updates to Internal Audit leadership and relevant stakeholders about the progress and outcomes of audit activities.

9. Proactively identify potential challenges in audit projects and suggest practical solutions.

10. Work closely with other internal audit team members to ensure a cohesive approach to all audit activities.

11. Maintain expertise in relevant industry and regulatory trends to inform audit practices and procedures.

12. Champion the use of automation and innovative audit techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes.

13. Foster strong collaborative relationships with both technical and non-technical teams across the organization.

14. Manage the performance and integration of co-sourced audit partners to ensure unified team efforts in audit execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

15. Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field.

16. 12+ years of experience with public accounting firm or internal audit.

17. Proven track record in independently executing and managing audits in areas such as technology, data centers, cloud, resiliency, third-party risk management, and information security.

18. Experience in auditing systems and operational processes such as data center operations, network management and hardware supply chain management.

19. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (both traditional and Generative AI), data science, engineering systems, or emerging technologies.

20. Demonstrated project management skills, including familiarity with project management tools and managing audit projects from inception to completion.

21. Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, experience of effective interactions with business partners.

22. Experience to work independently in a fast-paced and diverse environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.

23. Professional auditing certifications, such as the CIA, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CDPSE, Six Sigma, PMP.

27. Influence in Matrixed Organizations: Experience influencing highly matrixed environments, effectively collaborating and communicating across various departments to achieve organizational goals.
